Which is better for headphones: Bose or Bang and Olufsen?

I was looking toward the Bose on ear or around ear headphones, but i also saw Bang and Olufsen. I don’t know which one has better sound quality. Im looking for superb sound quality and nice design. CAn you guys help me. Thank You
