Bose seem to know the design of the tips is faulty and they are willing to replace them to keep customers happy. He super glued them to the earphone to make sure they don't come off this time. I know it's dumb since u gotta clean them or something but the glue actually keeps out the dirt and it keeps it on and you only need to wipe off the ear wax from the silicone earphones. You can’t.
