I bought these and they barely work he advertised them as brand new in box and i didnt realize they were counterfit till i took them to a bose store to see if something was wrong with them is there anything i can do? the seller is acting like hes out of town but would give me a refund if he was in town i have his address and cell phone number but thats about it.
How can all sales be final when they are selling counterfeit goods?

I’m hoping to buy good quality but less pricey headphones before class starts. One of my options is the Bose On-Ear Headphones. So far, I’ve read a lot of good reviews about this model and I’m thinking of buying it if my other choice doesn’t work out.

Other than the price, what are the other problems of this headphone? Is it true that durability is an issue? Is it really sensitive or fragile?

My other option is the Sennheiser HD 448, which I’m favoring at the moment because of its quality and price.

so im looking at the Bose in Ear headphones/earbuds and am curious how much external noise they block out in comparison to other in ear headphones? aka, could i wear them under my motorcycle helmet and have them block out a good amount of wind and engine noise fit in my ear comfortably, and not fall out… and so on?
