Has anyone experienced Bose noise cancelling headphones causing dizziness?

My boyfriend uses his Bose headphones all day everyday. He has had a problem lately where he feels very dizzy and feels like he is going to pass out and he says everything starts to look very strange to him. It happened the first time when he was mowing the lawn with the headphones on and then the second time he was doing some house stuff and it happened again. He texted me this morning and said it happened once again. I’m wondering if the excessive use of the headphones is throwing off his equilibrium or something. Has anyone experienced this before?

I get dizzy at the prices Bose charges for their products.
Yes,
Thought you’d never ask! Some ppl think I’m nutts for blaming the Bose qc15 noise cancelling headphones for nausea/vertigo/headaches. I had my qc15 for about 3weeks: and I finally had to return for refund – cuz of the dizzy feelings.
The qc15 has very very good noise cancellation; best in the industry… But this also means that the NC technology is very aggressive and can cause this with more sensitive users and prolonged use.
I got another set from “Sharper Image”:Quiet Place headphones… And while the noise cancellation is not as good as the Bose; it does not give me headaches:dizzy… Just a little, but not as bad— so for flights, I use earplugs + the headphones.: makes everything quiet enuff.
Your bf can also try this… Either return the Bose for a refund or use earplugs in conjunction with the Qc15. But he should go see the doctor: he could be also developing “vertigo” which can become a cronic illness. It is possible.
Hope this helps!!
yes they do
they can cause dizziness due to the high noise cancellation rate
i have the QC 15 and i wore them on a 16 hours flight to Asia
i was fine, but on the way back i let my wife borrow them and she was so sick due to them.
some people can handle them, some cant handle it
